Provided Project Management training for 50 Vietnamese Executives from Song Da Construction Company in Hanoi, Vietnam. Program included topics on finance, legal, commercial agreements, risk management, EPC bid documents, design management, quality control and construction management for hydroelectric projects.

Lead role in successful negotiations of the EPC contract, input during PPA negotiations and project financing.

Private Power Training Program – Azerbaijan
